Artist's Comments
I dedicated most of the day yesterday to creating this new drawing. I wanted to make something very natural and with a fantasy feel to it.
I used a photo of a girl, Joane, from my forum as model for my drawing. She had the perfect cute features for a natural looking girl. You can see the reference here: [link] (beware, the image is uploaded on imagehack, not my choice) You can see more here: [link] I didn't want the sadness to be overwhelming, just a hint of "broken". The drawing has a lot of symbolism both in the title and the colours. The drawing is a dedication to Joane as she was one of the people helping me a lot when I went through a very hard time in my life a couple of years back ♥ Made with soft pastels. 30x40cm (12x16 Inches)  Prints available here: [link] |
