A kind of dark/halloween inspired drawing

I couldn't sleep a few nights back and I was really motivated to draw, so I did till 4 am.
A few days back I took a bunch of photos of a friend of mine and made her pose for a lot of ideas I had.
This photo was actually going to be a base for a drawing called Frozen Tears but it didn't have the right mood so I decided to make a dark drawing instead as I really wanted to try out my new red pastel which I bought some time back when I went shopping with Giada. I was also trying some new things out with the skin colour, to make it look pale. I feel happy with the outcome of this drawing as I feel I really learned something and it motivated me to do more colour drawings. The girl on the drawing is actually blond and didn't have all the makeupon which made it even funnier to make. You can see the picture here: [link]
