Sometimes you have to hang on to the most fragile things and keep believing, though your faith may be gone
The girl in the drawing is based on myself, from a photo of me praying when I was 14. Of course it's changed dramatically, as the original photo had a much more innocent feel. There's a lot of symbolism and deeper meaning in this but it will remain unsaid this time. I wanted to keep the style as in The Broken Doll [link] , The Fallen [link] , Shh Now Baby [link] and Pink Beauty [link] . I like to use these colours together as I feel they create a powerful expression + they are my favourite colours. Made with soft pastels. 12x16 Inches (30x40 cm)  Prints available here: [link] |

The hair is fantastic.
This brings a lot of emotion to me, because it kinda reflects my problems right now..and I look at it this way, I can relate to it. Maybe not in the same ways as you, but it does.
