Free Spirit
The beauty of spring, it's colors, smells, the feel - makes you feel free and alive.
As I said the drawing was close to finished as I wanted it to fade out in the white. I did like the photo version better than the scan as it looks less soft and more contrasted here but that's usually how it is when you scan artwork.
It's based on one of my own photographs I did of my beautiful friend in the garden a week back. It was sunshine and had that early spring feel.
Made with Caran d'Ache Crafwood pencils 3B +6B.
