I feel very pleased with this drawing. It was a big work but I feel I achieved what I wished for. In January this year I was browsing DA and found this photo, which made me fall in love with the motive and the comforting atmosphere. I asked the owner of the photo: [link] to allow me to draw it and she agreed. I finally felt it was time to do the drawing, and I am happy I did as it somehow has a great meaning to me. I like the feeling of him protecting her and watching over her, as an angel would. I wanted to leave white space around them as I felt it was most suitable somehow and made it more angelic. The drawing is big which made it a rather time consuming drawing.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
