I've worked on this drawing on and off the past 3 days. I used a girl from my forum as model for it, the beautiful Sinziana, you can view the photo here: [link] I very much liked the expression and thought it would work excellent for one of my black and pink girls. I wanted her to have a bit of attitude while still looking innocent/sweet.

I feel happy with the outcome of this drawing. It was a bit hard to adjust the colours, especially to get the right tone of pink/red in her make-up and ribbon around her neck, without her skin appearing too red. This is a close as it gets.

Made with soft pastels and charcoal.
