I have been re-scanning some of my old work. My older scanner, which was replaced in 2006 with a much better one, didn't scan colours very well, it made them appear orange and very overdone. I was happy to find this older drawing of Jessica and rescan it, it looks so much different now although it's not completely true to the original.

It's actually a piece I used a lot of time on, I remember putting many many hours into it. It's some of my early colour work, from the time I didn't feel very comfortable using colours. I remember being happy with the outcome of this one, as I felt I got a bit better, compared to my very first colour drawings, around 2002-04 which wasn't very pretty. It's great to look back at your older work feeling you got a bit better (:
