A drawing I did the other day. I used a photo of my friend from a photoshoot we did early summer. I changed it up making darker shading, more hair and more intense makeup and highlights as the wip was rather boring when I did it this summer. I feel it has a bit of glamour about it and I am quite satisfied with the done drawing.
Struggled a bit with the angle though but that's on me for choosing the reference :giggle:

Made with soft charcoal.
29x21cm | 11x8 inches.

I have a question though, if you use soft charcoal, does that mean if you made a mistake you wouldnt be able to change it back?

Excellent work Zindy! even though you have pointed it out I don't think that your angle issue detracts from the beauty of your piece! :heart:
I sometimes wonder about technical perfection and whether it really plays that big a part in great art..some of the greatest pieces of artwork on the planet have flaws..including Michelangelo's David which is cross eyed! ;)
