A drawing I did the other day. I used a photo of my friend from a photoshoot we did early summer. I changed it up making darker shading, more hair and more intense makeup and highlights as the wip was rather boring when I did it this summer. I feel it has a bit of glamour about it and I am quite satisfied with the done drawing. Struggled a bit with the angle though but that's on me for choosing the reference
Spectacular especially love the lips and eyes very emotive keep up the fantastic work it help to inspire those of us with lesser skills to keep practising

Excellent work Zindy! even though you have pointed it out I don't think that your angle issue detracts from the beauty of your piece! I sometimes wonder about technical perfection and whether it really plays that big a part in great art..some of the greatest pieces of artwork on the planet have flaws..including Michelangelo's David which is cross eyed!

I have a question though, if you use soft charcoal, does that mean if you made a mistake you wouldnt be able to change it back?
