Some of you may have noticed I came back to Deviantart after a bit of a break. I am very happy to be back, especially seeing some familiar faces
I can't believe it's been 10 years since I joined Deviantart, I just realized today.
I am doing really great. I couldn't be happier how my life is going, which is a really great feeling to be able to say that. I feel so hopeful, every day feels like a new adventure. 2015 has really been an amazing year for me. I've changed so much - my artwork has changed so much. I am happy and hopeful. Getting into tattooing has been the best decision I have ever made. It's giving me so much confidence and it's such a wonderful feeling putting my art on another person, knowing they will carry if for the rest of their life. It's very rewarding job and I love it
If you'd like to see my tattoo work you can follow me on my Zindyink on Facebook: www.facebook.com/zindyink. I also upload a bit of my tattoo work here on Deviantart from time to time.
How has your year been? I hope it's been as wonderful as mine
Thanks to everyone who follows me in here, commenting etc. - it's much appreciated
Have a lovely new year - may all your wishes come true
How are you? I can't believe it's been 2 years since my last journal. A lot happened to me the past year. I went from wanting to find another direction in life to being back loving art more than ever. I am now a tattoo apprentice here in Denmark and it's been some journey. I wasn't really sure if I would fit in the environment but the shop I am at is a small one and I have a lot of freedom, which means I still find time to draw. I started my apprenticeship in October, the same time the first part of animal caretaker school ended. I loved my time at the school but I always had issues with my back and I wasn't able to take the direction I wanted - working with shelter animals. It was always my passion to do something for the animals and I will probably never see animals as food or someone to experiment on, I couldn't see myself working in those fields. I don't regret leaving school as art was always my first love and with me tattooing now I get to draw but expand the creativity in a whole different way. It's really been amazing.
Last year I took a new direction with my art. You may have noticed my love for birds since Autumn last year, I don't think my interest in the subject will vanish anytime soon. This year I have begun drawing males, I figured I'd never be able to draw males if I don't do it more often, so from now on I am focussing on drawing males as well - even if they look girly at times. I do kind of like men who has a feminine look but it would be nice to be able to catch the rougher look in a male too. Guess we'll see where I end up.
In the end I just want to thank all of you who still view my artwork here and leave supportive comments. I still read them though I don't always comment back. If you have any questions you are always welcome to email me as it's not always I see comments right away.
It's even harder for me now to get through all messages as I don't have a lot of time. I am currently dividing all my time between tattooing, drawing and my family.
I hope you are all doing well, I hope you are enjoying the spring and will have a wonderful summer.
If you want to have the latest news visit my Facebook or my website, which is currently being updated, I haven't had time to update it properly in a very long time.
How are you doing? I've been going through some health issues since late 2012 but finally feeling better. Just recovered from a fever flu that took me a while to get over. Now I am feeling happy and inspired as Spring has arrived in Denmark. it's hard not to be happy and hopeful after such a grey Winter has finally passed. I will have more news soon, I know I rarely update my DA Journal anymore but will try to do it more often. You can always find the news on my website: zindy-zone.dk/ and Facebook: www.facebook.com/ZindyArt

As always my life is busy with commissions, projects and then some more drawing. At the moment my 2013 art calendar is in the making and should arrive very soon, more info will come shortly.
I haven't been much around at all as I have been super busy past 2 months. I want to thank you all for sharing a piece of you in my previous journal, I enjoyed reading and looking through them. I always find my own personal favourite drawings I create are seldom the same ones other people like. It's interesting, cause every piece have a meaning but the meaning is different to everyone and I think it's about what touches you and what doesn't. At least that's how I feel about my own artwork. Some are just closer to the heart ♥

I am currently looking into having large posters made with my drawings. I'm starting out ordering only a few motives.
I would really like to hear which drawings of mine you personally would like to have hanging in your home if you could choose between them all.
I have so many drawings it's hard to pick which to start out with. I do have an idea of which to choose but usually the drawings that personally means the most to me is not necessary the o
Can you recommend me a great scanner for graphite pencil work?
It has to be a scanner that is able to catch the very fine light shading and not highlight is as completely white, which a lot of scanners tend to do.
I also need it to be in A3 but might comprise on that if there is a perfect scanner out there only available in A4.
Any brands and models you can recommend I'd be very happy to hear it.
I'd be happy if you could let me know your scanner and maybe link to a work of yours in graphite using the particular scanner, to give me an idea of what it can do.
I currently have a Mustek A3 600 scanner which is great for any other mediums b
